About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is an entry point to a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. In a focused 16-week training experience, you will build hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities in a fast-paced, customer-service environment. You will work closely with an experienced General Manager and develop the confidence, judgment, and business acumen to step into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager. The role involves delivering an excellent customer experience, helping lead daily operations, promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and working collaboratively with teammates. The training program provides real operational experience, hands-on training, and mentorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
