About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a launchpad for a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. Over a focused 16-week training experience, the employee builds hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities in a fast-paced, customer service environment. The role works closely with an experienced General Manager and prepares the trainee to step into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager. The position focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting daily operations, promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and learning through each shift. The employee is expected to contribute to teamwork, build trust, support colleagues, and help balance speed, quality, and teamwork.

Requirements

At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
