About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program designed to develop operational skills and foundational leadership abilities for a career at Mister Car Wash. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is ready to begin a leadership career. The trainee works closely with an experienced General Manager and develops the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to move into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
• Lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
