About The Position
The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is a 16-week training program intended to launch a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. The role develops hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities in a fast-paced, customer-service environment. Working closely with an experienced General Manager, the trainee learns to lead daily operations, deliver a strong customer experience, promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and support teamwork. The training prepares the employee to move into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.
- Lead by example, take ownership of work, and maintain high standards.
- Stay motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Thrive in team environments based on trust, accountability, and shared success.
- Adapt quickly, stay curious, and be interested in beginning a leadership career.
