About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is an entry point to a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. During a focused 16-week training experience, the employee develops hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities while working closely with an experienced General Manager. Training is intended to prepare the employee to step into the Operations Lead role, with a career path toward Assistant General Manager. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, customer-service environment and is ready to begin a leadership career. It includes delivering excellent customer experiences, supporting daily operations and team performance, promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and learning through each shift.

Requirements

At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
Enjoy working with people and bring positivity to interactions.

Lead and support daily operations, helping the team balance speed, quality, and teamwork.
Promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships while developing sales and leadership skills.

Build trust, support teammates, and contribute to shared team success.
Work closely with an experienced General Manager during the 16-week training program.
