About The Position

The Operations Associate keeps the store running smoothly by managing the stockroom, moving inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the sales floor stays full and fresh. The role also supports e-commerce orders and markdowns, helping create a seamless customer experience. The Operations Associate reports to the Store Manager and is an essential part of the team’s success.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 6 months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
