About The Position

The Operations Associate is responsible for keeping store operations running smoothly and supporting a strong customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role manages the stockroom, maintains inventory flow, processes shipments, and keeps the sales floor full and fresh. The associate also supports e-commerce orders and markdowns, helping ensure a seamless in-store experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 6 months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
