About The Position

The Operations Associate helps keep the store running smoothly by managing the stockroom, moving inventory, processing shipments, and keeping the sales floor stocked and current. The role also supports e-commerce orders and markdowns, contributing to a seamless customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, the associate is an essential member of the team and helps ensure day-to-day operations run effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 6 months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
