About The Position

GARAGE is seeking a Co-Manager to help create a positive omni-channel shopping experience, build loyal client relationships, and achieve strong business results. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Co-Manager leads through recruiting, training, and coaching team members and works to maximize store profitability by meeting and exceeding sales and productivity targets. The role calls for an entrepreneurial, collaborative leader who is passionate about fashion and customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented approach.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to foster participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on others’ ideas.
Flexibility, innovation, and urgency in identifying and reacting to changing business conditions.
Social media skills, mobile device skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or OpenOffice.
Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
