About The Position

Aritzia is hiring a Retail Risk Associate to support the Retail Risk Department’s mission to prevent, detect, and resolve loss. The role helps safeguard the security of Aritzia’s people, intellectual property, information, products, property, and financial assets. In the boutique, the associate supports daily loss prevention through a strong on-floor presence and exceptional service. The role offers opportunities to develop skills that may support future growth in Enterprise Risk Management or elsewhere at Aritzia.

Requirements

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in retail risk management.
• Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the safety and wellbeing of people, clients, and communities in the boutique.
• Protect the confidentiality of intellectual property, personal information, and corporate information in the boutique.
• Safeguard boutique merchandise through theft deterrence and inventory controls.
• Monitor and reinforce the security of the boutique’s physical environment.
• Ensure the integrity of financial assets and proactively prevent fraudulent activity in the boutique.
