About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a Retail Associate (described in the posting as a Retail Stylist) for its Retail Operations department. The role focuses on customer service, sales, product knowledge, and representing the BYLT brand. The associate engages customers, helps them select products for different occasions, supports store presentation and inventory activities, and processes customer payments. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

The role involves frequent interaction with customers and team members in a retail store environment. Physical activities may include handling merchandise, standing, walking, reaching, and occasionally lifting or moving items. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a positive customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Inform clientele about current promotions and future merchandise that may interest them.
• Respond to customers’ questions and handle interactions or concerns courteously and professionally.
• Process payments using cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
