About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment employee supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment, contributing to outstanding customer experiences. The role involves receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, and helping maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms. The position also provides general store support, including preparing for special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating store fixtures. This is a seasonal position at Town Center at Boca Raton. The work requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent handling and lifting of merchandise, and the ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs. The hourly pay range is $17.70–$18.40. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders promptly and in accordance with quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders in accordance with quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments according to inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
