About The Position

The Retail Risk Associate helps safeguard Aritzia’s people, intellectual property, information, products, property, and financial assets. The role supports the daily prevention, detection, and resolution of loss in a boutique through a strong on-floor presence and exceptional service. It also involves helping maintain safe boutique environments and protecting merchandise and other business assets.

Requirements

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in retail risk management.
• Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• Commitment to quality and to investing in results that add value to the business.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the safety and wellbeing of people, clients, and communities in the boutique.
• Protect the confidentiality of intellectual property, personal information, and corporate information in the boutique.
• Safeguard boutique merchandise through theft deterrence and inventory controls.
• Monitor and reinforce the security of the boutique’s physical environment.
• Help ensure the integrity of financial assets and proactively prevent fraudulent activity in the boutique.
