About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. By engaging customers, using product knowledge, and meeting sales goals, you help build trust and customer loyalty. The role includes work on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, and is not limited to cashier duties. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, maintain merchandise and displays, process damages and vendor returns, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, make sure customers have what they need, and end interactions with a sincere thank-you. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
