Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Cross County
About The Position
The Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, supports store operations, inventory accuracy, and a smooth customer experience. The role includes receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; and monitoring alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time. The associate helps keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently and interacts with customers by greeting them, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Daily work can include reviewing goals and promotions, preparing the store, tagging merchandise, organizing the stockroom, greeting and assisting customers, fulfilling orders, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues also share loyalty program benefits, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain stockroom organization.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage.
- Deliver orders curbside and monitor alerts so BOPS orders are ready on time.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient store operations.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help meet daily sales goals.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare for the next day.
