Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Roosevelt
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are completed on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable environment by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They work with teammates to complete orders, organize the stockroom, achieve sales goals, and prepare the store for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise, including maintaining an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders, on time and accurately.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting shoppers and resolving issues.
- Monitor alerts to help ensure Ready on Time completion of BOPS orders.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and thank them for their purchases.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Review goals, learn about products and promotions, and work toward sales goals.
- Organize the stockroom and complete end-of-day tasks to prepare the team for the next day.
