Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Stonecrest
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. The role includes receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time; and helping keep the stockroom and sales floor efficient. You also greet shoppers, resolve issues, and deliver orders with care. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, with hours dependent on business needs and colleague availability. The position includes receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise; helping customers through attentive, helpful interactions; recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms; updating signs and pricing; restocking merchandise; supporting merchandise moves; sharing Loyalty program benefits; completing orders; and organizing the stockroom at the end of the day. Colleagues work collaboratively, strive to achieve sales goals, and contribute to individual and store results.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including BOPS orders, accurately and on time.
- Monitor order alerts and deliver orders curbside to customers.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their business.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support store operations and prepare the stockroom and team for the next day.
- Work toward daily sales goals and contribute to store results.
