About The Position

Reformation is hiring a Temporary, Part-Time Operations Associate for its Hilldale location. The associate supports store operations and sales, works to achieve individual sales goals, and helps deliver an elevated customer experience while representing the brand and its sustainability mission. The role requires at least 20 hours per week across at least three days, including weekends, with flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays when business needs require.

Requirements

Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
Self-motivation and a driven approach to taking on new challenges in work and career.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and at least three days per week, including weekends.
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays when required by business needs.

Responsibilities

Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Support clienteling through customer engagement.
Create an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
Foster excellent customer experiences and build long-term client relationships with a customer-first mindset.
Represent the brand, share Reformation’s stories, and educate customers about sustainability.
Maintain strong customer feedback and service evaluation scores, including NPS.
Support inventory accuracy and store controls.
Contribute to loss prevention.
Follow the time and attendance policy.
Maintain the selling floor in accordance with brand and concept standards.
Share product knowledge with enthusiasm.
Communicate product feedback based on customer input to help improve products and merchandising.
Help maintain an inspiring store environment where products are easily accessible.
