Temporary Operations Associate, Part-Time - Hilldale
About The Position
The Temporary Operations Associate is a part-time role at Reformation’s Hilldale location. The Associate helps deliver an excellent, sustainability-focused customer experience while meeting individual sales goals and supporting store operations. The role requires at least 20 hours per week across a minimum of three days per week, including weekends, with a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it. The Associate serves as a brand ambassador, shares product and sustainability knowledge, builds customer relationships, and contributes to sales, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and the presentation of the store. The position reports to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
- A driven approach to taking on new challenges and self-motivation in work and career.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and at least three days per week, including weekends.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays if required by business needs.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist in generating clientele through customer engagement.
- Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
- Deliver an excellent client experience with a customer-first mindset and build long-term client relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying brand values, engaging customers, and sharing Reformation’s stories, especially its sustainability efforts.
- Maintain strong customer-experience feedback and service-evaluation scores through NPS.
- Support inventory accuracy and controls in the store.
- Contribute to loss prevention across the business.
- Uphold the time and attendance policy.
- Ensure the selling floor meets brand and concept standards.
- Share product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
- Communicate customer feedback about products to help improve products and merchandising.
- Help maintain an inspiring store environment where products are easily accessible.
- Reflect Reformation’s core values and culture in all efforts.
- Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.
