About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by providing customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. You work directly with customers to help make the rental experience smooth and memorable, while managing vehicle readiness and movement. The role offers flexible hours, bonus opportunities, career growth, and a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service background and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Persuasive, confident communication skills and motivation to perform against sales incentives.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing business needs.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Manage fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory, coordination with service partners, and vehicle preparation for rental or disposal.
• Keep vehicles clean, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging to support fleet efficiency and presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory, service, and customer-interaction records.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
