About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by delivering customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. You interact with customers in person, guide them through vehicle and rental options, and help keep vehicles ready, clean, and efficiently staged. You also maintain operational records and collaborate with teams to support daily branch operations and planning. Requirements

• Strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Persuasive, confident communication skills and motivation to perform against sales incentives.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation, with basic computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to internal systems.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adjust to changing business needs.
• Availability for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and holder of a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while identifying sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
