About The Position

The Operational Support Associate supports SIXT’s rental operations by delivering customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. The role involves face-to-face customer interactions, helping customers choose vehicles and rental add-ons, and supporting them throughout the rental experience.

The associate helps oversee fleet readiness and inventory, coordinates with service partners, maintains vehicle cleanliness, performs routine checks, and assists with driving and staging vehicles. The role also includes maintaining accurate operational and customer records and collaborating with other teams. The position offers flexible hours, bonus opportunities, career growth, and a rate of $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong customer service background and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Persuasive, confident sales and communication skills, with motivation to perform against incentives.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation, and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout their rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
