About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by delivering customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. You interact with customers in person, help them select vehicles and rental add-ons, and support them throughout their rental experience. You also help keep vehicles ready, clean, and well organized, and maintain accurate operational records. The role offers flexible hours, bonus opportunities, career growth, and pay of $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Persuasive, confident communication skills and motivation to meet performance-based incentives.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation, with basic computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to internal systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adjust to changing business needs.
• Availability for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout their rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Manage fleet readiness and inventory, coordinate with service partners, and prepare vehicles for rental or disposal.
• Keep vehicles clean, perform routine checks, and help drive and stage vehicles to maintain fleet efficiency and presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
