About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by providing customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. You interact with customers face-to-face, help them choose vehicles and rental add-ons, and support them throughout the rental experience. You also help keep vehicles ready for rental by managing inventory, coordinating service updates, checking and cleaning vehicles, and assisting with driving and staging. The role pays $21.25 per hour and offers flexible hours and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Persuasive and confident sales and communication skills, with motivation to earn performance-based incentives.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation, and basic computer proficiency to learn internal systems.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout their rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
