About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by providing customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. You interact with customers face-to-face, help manage vehicle readiness and movement, and work to make each rental experience smooth and efficient. The role offers flexible hours, bonus opportunities, career growth, and a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

Strong customer-service background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Persuasive, confident sales and communication skills, with motivation to earn performance-based incentives.
Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to adapt to internal systems.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adjust to changing business needs.
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while pursuing sales opportunities.
Support customers throughout their rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation of vehicles for rental or disposal.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
Maintain accurate inventory, service, and customer-interaction records.
Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
