About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by delivering customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. You interact with customers in person, help them select vehicles and optional products, and support a smooth rental experience. The role also involves maintaining vehicle readiness, coordinating fleet movement and service, and keeping operational records accurate. The position pays $19.25 per hour and offers flexible hours and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

Strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Persuasive, confident sales and communication skills, with motivation to perform against incentives.
Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to adapt quickly to internal systems.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adjust to changing business needs.
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
Support customers throughout their rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
Keep vehicles clean, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
Maintain accurate inventory, service, and customer-interaction records.
Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
