About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by providing customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and driving sales performance. You interact with customers face-to-face, guide them through vehicle options and rental add-ons, and help ensure a smooth rental experience. You also support vehicle readiness and movement, maintain records, and collaborate with teams on daily operations and planning. The role pays $22.05 per hour and offers flexible hours and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Persuasive, confident sales and communication skills, with motivation to achieve performance-based incentives.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation, and adapt quickly to internal systems with basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adjust to changing business needs.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout their rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging to maintain fleet efficiency and presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
