About The Position

The Operational Support Associate supports SIXT’s rental operations by delivering customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. The role involves interacting with customers in person, helping them select vehicles and rental add-ons, and supporting a smooth rental experience. It also includes managing vehicle readiness and movement, maintaining fleet presentation, keeping accurate operational records, and coordinating with colleagues and service partners. The position offers a rate of $19.25 per hour, flexible hours, bonus opportunities, and potential for career growth.

Requirements

• Persuasive, confident sales and communication skills, with motivation to perform against incentives.
• Strong customer service background and a commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
• Organizational skills for managing logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to adapt to internal systems.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adjust to changing business needs.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while pursuing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the rental process, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
