About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by providing customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. You work directly with customers to guide them through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons, and help ensure a smooth rental experience. The role also involves managing vehicle readiness and movement, maintaining fleet presentation, keeping accurate records, and collaborating with teams to support daily operations. The position offers a rate of $17.50 per hour, flexible hours, bonus opportunities, and room for career growth.

Requirements

• Strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Persuasive, confident communication and motivation to perform against sales incentives.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to adapt quickly to internal systems.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adjust to changing business needs.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the rental process, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
