About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by delivering customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. You interact with customers face-to-face, help manage vehicle readiness and movement, and work to make each rental experience smooth and efficient. The position offers flexible hours, bonus opportunities, career growth, and a rate of $17.50 per hour.

You guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons; support customers throughout their rental journey; oversee fleet readiness and inventory; coordinate with service partners; and help prepare vehicles for rental or disposal. You also maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, assist with driving and staging, keep accurate operational records, and collaborate with teams on daily operations and planning.

The role requires availability for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Requirements
