About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by delivering customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. Requirements

• Strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Persuasive, confident communication skills and motivation to perform against sales incentives.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to adapt to internal systems.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adjust to changing business needs.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the rental journey, gather feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
