About The Position
As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by providing customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. The role involves working face-to-face with customers, managing vehicle readiness and movement, and helping ensure a smooth rental experience. The stated rate is $17.50 per hour, with flexible hours, bonus opportunities, and room for career growth. Requirements
- Strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Persuasive, confident sales and communication skills, with motivation to perform against sales incentives.
- Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to adapt to internal systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adjust to changing business needs.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Support customers throughout the rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
- Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory, service, and customer-interaction records.
- Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
