About The Position

Cooper Heating & Cooling is hiring for an operational support role that helps keep the warehouse running smoothly so installations are ready to begin. The position supports customer satisfaction and the HVAC team by organizing materials, preparing orders, and assisting field technicians. About 50% of the time is spent driving to job sites to deliver parts and equipment. The role is based at the company’s headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado, and pays $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license.
Basic computer proficiency, including email and inventory systems.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to regularly lift and carry more than 50 pounds.
Reliable, team-oriented, and organized.
Clear communication skills and willingness to learn.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Availability for occasional Saturday shifts.
Forklift certification must be obtained within the first year of employment.

Nice To Haves

Six or more months of warehouse or distribution experience; preferred but not required.
HVAC industry experience.
Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Receive, stock, and organize HVAC parts and equipment.
Drive safely to and from job sites to deliver parts and equipment, about 50% of the time.
Pick and prepare materials for field technicians or customer orders for the day of service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Process incoming shipments and returns.
Ensure technicians have the correct parts and tools.
Safely operate company vehicles, including a 16-foot bed truck, for deliveries and pickups.
