About The Position

The Op Tech is responsible for generating, editing, and submitting SROs and successfully submitting Ace orders. The role updates store transfers, runs bin tags and ensures they are put out, oversees or performs cycle counts, prints signs, and addresses computer or printer problems with assistance from Information Systems staff as needed. The Op Tech attends relevant E4W training and works to build associates’ E4W proficiency through training at the store. The role also completes the Weekly Inventory Checklist and submits it to the corporate office. As one of the store’s leaders, the Op Tech is expected to set a positive example, demonstrate commitment to the principles of PEPSI, and take responsibility for staying on track with their personal development plan.

Requirements

1–2 years of retail inventory experience.
Computer proficiency with inventory control and point-of-sale software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
Availability to work some weekends or evenings.
Ability to stand or walk throughout the shift, lift up to 40 pounds, bend, push or pull, break down boxes, and climb a ladder.

Nice To Haves

Epicor point-of-sale experience.
Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities
