About The Position

The Onsite Recruiter attracts, engages, and hires qualified candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience. The role combines recruiting execution with onsite workforce operations, including onboarding, employee support, and compliance. The recruiter partners with hiring managers, onsite leadership, and HR stakeholders to build talent pipelines, carry out hiring strategies, and support employees from their first day through ongoing engagement. The recruiting team aims to meet recruiting metrics 100% of the time. This is a contract engagement expected to start immediately and continue through approximately December 31, 2026. Final dates depend on business demands, and an extension may be possible based on mutual interest and business needs. The position is primarily in an office or onsite environment and may require coordination across shifts and occasional travel to recruiting events or other locations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred. At least one year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience is preferred, with high-volume or non-exempt hiring experience strongly preferred. Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and provide documentary evidence of identity and employment eligibility within three business days of starting. Because the position is safety-sensitive, job offers are contingent on successfully passing post-offer criminal background screening and drug testing. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and geographic area, with overtime potential. A full benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
