About The Position

The Onsite Recruiter attracts and interviews candidates to fill job openings and support order fulfillment. The role involves developing creative recruiting approaches, promoting job postings through social media and the community, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and completing pre-employment steps including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s. The position is based onsite in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably in staffing.
• Strong computer knowledge and ability to navigate relevant platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak with people at all levels.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop ways to attract candidates.
• Use creative approaches to recruit candidates.
• Promote job postings through marketing, social media, and community outreach.
• Interview candidates and identify suitable people for open positions.
• Build a candidate pipeline and seek ways to support order fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 completion for selected candidates.
