About The Position

The Onsite Recruiter attracts and recruits candidates to help meet staffing needs and support order fulfillment. The role involves collaborating with a team on recruitment strategies, promoting job opportunities through postings, social media, and community outreach, interviewing candidates, and completing pre-employment processes such as drug screens, background checks, and I-9 forms. The position is based in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably in staffing.
• Strong computer knowledge and ability to navigate relevant platforms.
• Strong people skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized.

Responsibilities
