About The Position

Symbotic is seeking a new graduate to support the delivery of large-scale warehouse automation and robotics deployments at customer sites. Working with experienced Project Managers and cross-functional teams, the role coordinates project activities, tracks deliverables, manages priorities, and supports execution throughout the project lifecycle. It offers hands-on experience with complex customer deployments, training and mentorship, and opportunities to develop toward ownership of increasingly complex project responsibilities. The position is remote and field-based, with travel of up to 75%. Candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones. The Project Execution team takes projects from planning through customer acceptance, partnering with technical teams, customers, contractors, and stakeholders to support successful delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Internship, co-op, academic project, leadership, or relevant work experience demonstrating project coordination, problem-solving, or operational execution.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% and work at customer sites.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive and/or fly to customer and company locations.
Ability to comply with customer and company safety requirements and protocols.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
Interest in building a career in project management, operations, construction, robotics, automation, or large-scale system deployment.

Responsibilities

Support execution of large-scale customer deployment projects.
Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and milestones with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
Track project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
Participate in internal and customer meetings, record key decisions, and communicate follow-up actions.
Assist with project schedules, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Coordinate activities across engineering, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and operations teams.
Support site readiness, including logistics planning, resource coordination, and execution tracking.
Analyze project data and metrics to support planning and decision-making.
Promote accountability and communication across project stakeholders.
Develop skills and experience to take ownership of increasingly complex project responsibilities.
