About The Position
BAYADA is hiring a new graduate registered nurse for home health care. The role provides one-on-one patient care for people of all ages and with a range of diagnoses and acuity levels. Nurses receive in-depth paid training, around-the-clock clinical support, and guidance from Clinical Managers to help them build confidence and skills. The position offers flexible scheduling around the nurse’s availability and opportunities to explore different areas of nursing. BAYADA’s Nurse Residency Program is a paid new graduate home-care residency accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Pay is $30–$32 per hour, with a $250 commitment bonus and additional awards after independently working 40 hours and 1,000 hours in the field.
Requirements
- Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home health care to clients of different ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Complete electronic charting using CubHub.
- Participate in paid training and the Nurse Residency Program.
