About The Position

The Online Order Fulfillment team member performs general warehouse activities for BJ’s digital initiatives, including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. The role involves pulling merchandise from pick lists, verifying items and counts with a handheld RF scanner, moving orders to staging, and securely packaging them according to standard operating procedures. The team member helps meet productivity and service-level goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. The role also includes communicating inventory or equipment issues, coordinating replenishment, processing returns, and following club policies and procedures. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Pull merchandise from pick lists using a handheld RF scanner and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area and securely package orders according to standard operating procedures.
• Complete orders promptly and meet productivity expectations, service-level agreements, performance metrics, and deadlines.
• Follow operational procedures and productivity standards for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Communicate inventory and equipment problems, expired or short-dated items, and merchandise replenishment needs.
• Work with the team to pull merchandise from the reserve area when possible to avoid sales-floor replenishment.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized OMNI/SFC area, including cleaning storage bins and removing trash and cardboard.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and determine how to handle them through DDR or the Membership desk.
• Follow club policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and dress code standards.
• Provide friendly service, address member concerns, and help maintain a safe and positive environment.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership when metrics are not met.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
