About The Position

The Online Order Fulfillment team member performs general warehouse activities supporting BJ’s digital initiatives, including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. The role involves pulling merchandise from pick lists, verifying items and counts with a handheld RF scanner, moving orders from the sales floor to a staging area, and packaging orders according to standard operating procedures. Team members help meet order deadlines and productivity expectations while providing friendly service to members and following club policies, procedures, and safety standards.

The position also includes maintaining a clean, organized OMNI and Ship from Club work area; handling returns, damaged goods, and spoiled products; communicating inventory, equipment, and replenishment needs; and working with club leadership and other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• Ability to continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; heavier or awkward objects may need to be lifted or moved with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pull merchandise from pick lists using a handheld RF scanner and verify merchandise and counts.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area and securely package orders according to standard operating procedures.
• Pick orders in a timely manner and meet productivity requirements, service level agreements, performance metrics, and deadlines.
• Follow operational processes and productivity standards for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Communicate inventory or equipment problems, expired or short-dated items, and merchandise replenishment needs.
• Work with the team to pull merchandise from reserve areas when possible to avoid sales floor replenishment.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and safe OMNI and Ship from Club work area, including removing trash and cardboard and maintaining storage bins.
• Handle damaged goods, spoiled products, and club returns according to standard procedures, including determining whether to use DDR or the Membership desk.
• Follow club policies and procedures, including dress code and safety requirements.
• Provide friendly member service, address or escalate member concerns, and contribute to a safe and positive environment.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership when performance metrics are not met.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
