About The Position

The Online Order Fulfillment Associate supports store operations and customer service. The role involves processing shipments, moving merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, and keeping the stockroom, sales floor, and desk organized and stocked. While on the sales floor, the associate greets customers and helps create excellent shopping experiences. The position contributes to store success through attention to detail, operational standards, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies in the store and backroom.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
