About The Position

The Online New Home Specialist engages and follows up with prospective homebuyers through phone, text, email, and live chat. The role qualifies prospects, matches them with appropriate homes and communities, delivers sales presentations, and secures appointments with New Home Counselors to support home sales and closings. The specialist is accountable for performance goals covering lead response, prospect engagement, appointment setting and attendance, and sales conversion from online leads. The position manages VIP customer lists and communications, coordinates community-opening updates and events, and works closely with sales leaders, sales teams, and marketing. It requires working regularly at division sales centers and traveling to other onsite communities to maintain product and market knowledge, build relationships, and provide sales office coverage as needed. The role uses call-tracking systems, CRM software, Microsoft Office, video email, and live chat tools to manage prospect interactions, track activity, meet reporting deadlines, and advance customers through the sales process. The position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and operates in a professional sales office environment that may be located at a model home, sales office, or sales center. It is full-time, permanent, and onsite—not remote.
