OnBase Developer

TEKsystems•Delta Charter Township, MI
•$50 - $75•Hybrid

About The Position

The OnBase Developer will configure, develop, maintain, and build enterprise systems, working with internal and vendor-supplied integration services in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and implementing business solutions within the framework and configuration toolkit of assigned enterprise systems. OnBase has been used for nearly 20 years for workflow and document storage; workflow functionality is shifting away, with a greater focus on document management and administration. The system is being upgraded from version XVII to XXVI. Python scripting experience is relevant because VB scripts have recently been rewritten during the upgrade, and the environment is not fully .NET. The developer will translate functional specifications and business goals into application experiences in collaboration with product owners, business analysts, quality assurance analysts, end users, architects, enterprise application developers, release management, project managers, and other application teams. The role also includes creating prototypes to support user-experience discussions during research and design, advocating for end users, reviewing code, preparing deliverables, and presenting work to clients and stakeholders. This is a contract-to-hire role based in Lansing, Michigan, with a hybrid workplace. The listed pay range is $50.00–$75.00 per hour. The position is described as expert level.
