About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Senior OnBase Application Analyst to join its team in Louisville, Kentucky. Under general direction, this role is responsible for application training and integrating information technology into the healthcare setting. The analyst serves as a liaison between IT and operations to align system design with operational processes. Work includes data collection, workflow analysis, testing, training, and providing at-the-elbow and phone support. The role also participates in application deployment and procedure documentation, and ensures software builds meet organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Under supervision, the analyst may act as project coordinator for projects with or without system-wide implications.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and four years of related experience, or two years of direct experience in lieu of a degree.
• OnBase knowledge.
• OnBase certifications are required.
• Appropriate certification or licensure, if applicable.
