About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Senior OnBase Application Analyst to join its team in Louisville, Kentucky. Under general direction, this position is responsible for application training and integrating information technology in a healthcare setting. The analyst serves as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes.

The role involves data collection, workflow analysis, testing, training, at-the-elbow and phone support, application deployment, and procedure documentation. The analyst ensures software builds meet organizational goals and external mandates, including HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Under supervision, the analyst may also act as a project coordinator for projects with or without system-wide implications.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and four years of related experience, or two years of direct experience in lieu of a degree.
• Appropriate certification or licensure, if applicable.
• OnBase certifications are required.
