The On-Site Workforce Manager works at a client site to manage the temporary workforce and serves as a liaison among client managers, the local office, and contract employees. The role includes attending client production and/or staff meetings, understanding client needs, providing quality contractors, and supporting profitability. The manager also assists with reporting, uses Aerotek resources to resolve conflicts, and performs customer service activities. The position offers a base salary of $54,000–$65,000, depending on experience and education, with potential for a performance-based annual bonus of $2,000. Individual compensation within the range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Requirements

Customer- or sales-focused experience.
Experience in a team-oriented environment.
Prior leadership experience.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees.
