About The Position

Accurate Personnel is hiring an On-Site Manager to work at a client site in Port Deposit, Maryland. Requirements

Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
Staffing and recruiting experience.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems.
Well-developed problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
High motivation and self-direction.
Ability to work with people from all socioeconomic strata.
Ability to work after hours and on weekends when necessary.
Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with the client partner, anticipate staffing requirements and expectations, and develop value-added services to support changing client needs.
Manage field employees’ employment at the site, including coaching, counseling, removal from assignment, and related support functions.
Manage timekeeping for associate employees.
Prepare required reports for the branch and client.
Develop proactive solutions to staffing and performance challenges.
Promote teamwork, cooperation, and a culture of workplace safety.
Represent Accurate Personnel at the client work site.
Conduct client site check-ins and work with client management staff to resolve issues.
