About The Position

Under limited supervision, the On-Site Support Specialist performs support functions for a customer site. The position combines several nonexempt functions and is performed more than 50% of the time at the customer location. The role provides customer service and may act as a lead or mentor to other employees. Support functions may include ART, VMI, driving, delivery, crib attendant duties, storeroom work, and/or customer service. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and three to five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
Reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
Industry experience.
Customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time.
Moderate computer skills, including information processing, email communication internally and externally, use of business systems, and Internet product searches.
May need certification to operate a forklift.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Ability to move up to 100 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Product knowledge from previous warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
