Arrow Real Estate offers full-service asset management for communities. We are looking for an energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. The right candidate will be fastidious, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients. The On-Site Property Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of this 19-unit, new build apartment community. This position is responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a thorough understanding of property management practices, including compliance with Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of facilities management.
- Proficiency in property management software, particularly AppFolio.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address tenant concerns effectively.
- Sales experience with a focus on leasing.
- Strong organizational skills for effective data entry and file management.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with LIHTC regulations and Section 8 housing programs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the property, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Oversee leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to tenant leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
- Implement sales strategies to promote occupancy rates and engage in upselling additional services or amenities.
- Utilize property management software such as AppFolio for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with vendors to coordinate repairs and upkeep of the property.
- Additional duties as assigned.
